It would be awesome to be able to configure a pop-up for request forms that appear when landing on a request form page (both internal and external).
To be honest, it doesn't seem like many people (in our account, at least) read through request form descriptions - it's especially hard without any text formatting. It is therefore inevitable that any descriptions that we write there don't get read, which often contain important information.
If we were able to configure a short pop-up (that allows for a colour to be set, rich-formatting, etc.) to contain something like a warning, something to keep in mind, etc., I feel like it would force users to at least acknowledge the information or make them less likely to scroll past it.
There are many use cases for this, but one that came up today was for an office visit form for the Events team; they need to mention that there shouldn't be any visits scheduled during a certain timeframe in April as there is a major event taking place at the office. I thought having this in a pop-up format would help increase visibility.
