“My Tasks” View on iOS – Difficulty Managing Priorities

Question

A few months ago, the “My Tasks” view in the Wrike iOS app was updated, which affects daily task management.

Currently:

* Tasks are grouped by time (based on their dates), which prevents viewing them in a continuous list sorted by priority.
* You can no longer change task priorities directly from this view.

This directly impacts efficiency, as “My Tasks” is the central hub for organizing and prioritizing work.

The most critical issues:

* Being able to see tasks in a continuous list sorted by priority, not limited to the time-based view
* Being able to change task priorities (reordering tasks) directly from the app
* Ideally, having the option to switch between a time-based view and a priority-based view

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi @María Antonia Melian Oviedo 👋 thanks for creating this post and explaining in detail 🙏 At the moment, this is expected behavior in the iOS app. That said, the team is reviewing the feedback being shared around My To-Do grouping. While changes are not currently planned, your input is valuable and has been noted. We’ll keep you posted if there are any updates in the future.

In the My Tasks view on the iOS app, I’m unable to modify the current grouping. I’ve tried all available filters in the app, but the grouping still appears. I also tested changing the view from the web to see if it would sync with the app, but that didn’t work either.

Do you have any suggestions or experience on how to display it the way I’m looking for?
