It would be great to be able to use custom fields that are linked to Database in user profiles so we can use them for recommended assignments. For example, we ask the marketing campaigns audience in our request form, which is a custom field linked to a database. Members of our team have different audience focuses, so it would be helpful to be able to tie that existing audience custom field to the user's profile for the recommended assignments, similar to what you can do for the skills levels.
