We’re excited to announce that the Whiteboards page is now available for all eligible accounts! 🎉
This new page gives a central place in Wrike to find all your boards, making it easier to jump back into brainstorms, workshops, and visual collaboration sessions without digging through old tasks, projects, folders, or spaces.
🗂️What can you do with it?
With the new Whiteboards page, you can:
- Quickly find boards from one central place
- See recently opened boards and boards shared with you
- See where each board is connected in Wrike
- Create new boards directly from the page
Open and collaborate on boards without leaving Wrike
🔑 Note on permissions: The Whiteboards page follows your existing Wrike access. This means you’ll see attached boards from tasks, projects, folders, and spaces you can already access. However, this does not override the 'Restricted' mode of the board itself, if the author specifically selects this sharing type.
✅Please Note: If your account has the Visual Collaboration add-on (both Paid or Trial plans), the Whiteboards page is now enabled by default.
