Complete The Comment and Attach the Attachment

A few times, I have started a comment and, either changed to another task or walked away, and ultimately forget to submit the comment. Could WrikeBot remind me after x-time to submit a comment I started?

In addition, could WrikeBot take a page from Outlook and remind me when I am writing a comment that references an attachment, but there are no attachments?
