Hi all,
I think it would be super helpful to have a way to easily see which automation rule was triggered on any given work item.
Throughout the day, assignees change, dates move, custom field values are filled in, or comments are posted on any given work item triggered by the Automation Bot; we have dozens and dozens of automations in our account, both at the account- and space-levels. This is great and all (we set up automations with the purpose of automating actions), however when we're trying to troubleshoot an unknown change or catch a faulty automation, we're stuck.
We often reach out to support to help us identify which rule was triggered, but the chatbot can't help us, so we often need to connect to the real folks at support. Even upon asking them if there's an easy way to do this from our side (without needing to involve them each time), they confirmed there's no special way or trick to determining which rule fired.
For traceability-sake and to help us troubleshoot issues quicker, it would be amazing if we could have a direct link to the rule, name of rule + location, or automation ID visible on each Automation Bot activity stream record.
Thanks!
