Request form audit

Hi all,

I am currently doing a request form audit for our account (which is a lot easier with the new admin info on submission numbers and dates).  I have noticed there are a bunch of request forms under the heading of 'Not Shared' that are called 'My first request form'.  I am guessing that these have been created as part of training that new users are doing?  I was under the impression that only Wrike Admins could create request forms so this has confused me.  By the looks of it only recent new users have been creating these.  It does not look like they are in use so ideally I want to remove these to clean up.  What does everyone else do with these?  Do you leave them or remove?

Hi @Alina Kucherenko thank you!  I think it's safe for me to delete these as from further investigation they are definitely test forms.  I just had not seen these in previous years and was unaware that it was a part of the training.

Hey Amy! Both account admins and space admins can create request forms. Space admins create space-level forms. If you see too many request forms of the same type, my suggestion would be to reach out to creators, confirm they do not need them anymore (e.g. they have concluded the training or this request form was coming from space template this person tested) and then either deactivate or delete them (if these are test forms, deleting them should be OK).
