list all tasks of one assigne

Hi there,

i am struggeling with this. How can i get a list of all my tasks, which belong to different spaces and which have been completed or are still active within the last year? So generally, all my tasks sorted by space.

Hi Alexander,

You can create this as a Wrike Report:

* Go to Reports.
* Click Create report.
* Choose Task report.
* Select the relevant Spaces, folders, or projects you want to include.
* Add filters:* Assignee: Me
* Status: Active and Completed
* Date filter: use Completed Date, Updated Date, or Created Date depending on what you mean by “within the last year"

* In the report layout, choose to group by Space.
* Save the report so you can reuse it later.

That should give you a list of your tasks across different Spaces, grouped or sorted by Space.

You have a couple ways you can go about getting this information!

* My To-Do* This is a view available to everyone and shows any tasks assigned to you. With this table view you can filter results to certain timeframes, active versus completed, and more! 
* Help Article

* Dashboards* A dashboard created in the tools section of your personal space can be a great way to track everything assigned to you (project or task level) via widgets. You can set a widget to include projects/tasks from multiple spaces!
