My favorite way to take a break is by sipping coffee ☕ I usually drink 2-3 cups during my work hours.
I like to step away from my desk for a few minutes, enjoy my coffee, soak up some sunlight ☀️, and get a breath of fresh air before returning to work. This helps me feel refreshed, energized, and better able to stay focused on my tasks 😊
