We’re looking to better understand customer pain points related to:
- Discoverability: how easy or difficult it is to find and use approvals.
- Workflow flexibility: where approvals do or don’t fit your team’s process.
- Decision-making models: how approvals support, or do not support, the way decisions are made in your workflow.
I’m interested in connecting with customers who:
- Actively use approvals for work items or files and have experienced friction.
- Tried to adopt Wrike Approvals but found that it did not work well for their workflow.
- Have run into challenges that made approvals harder to use, manage, or scale across their team.
