Job Roles in Reports

Apologies if this is already a suggestion - I did a quick search and didn't see anything!

Hi all!

I'd love to be able to use Job Roles in Reports. We can filter Assignees based on individual users and user groups, but not on Job Roles. I need to provide reports on outstanding tasks assigned to specific job roles, and although I can technically do this in Dashboards, the format I'm looking for is a report. I don't want to select individual users as I'm really looking for job-role-assigned work that indicates that they haven't been triaged.

Adding my support for this enhancement.

As a Wrike administrator and process owner, I see Job Roles used frequently during intake, triage, and planning phases before work is assigned to a specific individual. While Workload Charts help with resource planning, Reports serve a different purpose: providing operational visibility, governance, and leadership reporting.

Having Job Roles available in Reports would allow teams to answer questions such as:

How much work is currently assigned to a role but not yet assigned to an individual?
Which role-based queues have the largest backlog?
Are requests aging because they have not been triaged to a specific owner?
How is work distributed across functions and roles over time?

Currently, these insights are difficult to obtain without maintaining additional custom processes or manually aggregating information. Adding Job Roles to Reports would improve visibility into work management, support operational governance, and help teams identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

This would be especially valuable for organizations that use role-based assignment as part of standardized intake and workflow processes.
