Hi! Is there a way to schedule a comment to send later? I work outside of work hours quite a bit, and I want to schedule comments for my coworkers so that they do not receive messages before/after work hours.
Hi @Jessica Townsend! As far as I know, Wrike doesn’t currently support scheduling comments to send later.
A workaround I’ve used is to keep the draft in the task without @mentioning anyone yet, then send the mention during working hours, but this doesn't help if you don't have access to Wrike during your off hours. Best option really is to set expectations at the team level that after-hours comments do not require an immediate response.
That said, I agree this would be a very useful feature. A true “schedule comment” option would help people work flexibly without unintentionally pinging teammates outside their hours.

@Jessica Townsend That’s helpful context, at the moment, scheduling a comment to send at a later time is not supported. Comments and @mentions are sent immediately once posted .
