I have sent my original AE several emails - he has known from the beginning of my trial period that I was going to go to the free version after the free trial ran out. I am at a new company and have used Wrike previously. I told the AE that I was waiting for management to make the decision regarding purchasing Wrike. We will only have 3 users, but Wrike makes you pay for 5. I want to keep using Wrike - I have set up quite a bit of information already. I reached out to a different AE at Wrike, and she answered me right away until she found out that I want the free version. Now neither one of them will respond. Am I supposed to change my recommendation to management and tell them to purchase another project management app? It's not like Wrike is the only one out there. Do you want our business or not? It feels like this is a different Wrike company than the one I used just a few months ago. Will someone help me downgrade to the free version or not?
