Feature Updates
- Templates: Install Templates Into Existing Spaces 🎉
Templates can now be installed directly into existing Spaces, making it easier to explore and use templates without creating a new Space every time.
What’s new?
- Space Admins can now install any template into an existing Space.
- When selecting Use Template, users can choose the Space where the template should be installed.
- In the Space picker, users will only see Spaces where they are an admin.
- Installed Tools, Content, and Databases are added to separate folders, keeping them isolated from the existing Space structure.
- Installed configurations, including Custom Fields, Workflows, Custom Item Types, and Request Forms, are easier to find with the new How created column.
- The How created column can also be used in account-level configuration views to group and identify items installed from a specific template.
This update makes it easier to try templates in existing workspaces while keeping installed content organized and easier to manage.

1.Enhanced Critical Path With Float Visibility
Enhanced Critical Path with Float visibility is now available in the New Gantt Chart for all users with Critical Path enabled.
What’s new?
- Total Float and Free Float are now available directly in New Gantt.
- Float values can be viewed both as table columns and directly on the Gantt canvas.
- Critical Path calculations are now more reliable in common planning scenarios involving dependencies, weekends, and project end dates.
- Negative Float is now visible, helping teams identify when projects or successor tasks are already behind schedule.
- Teams can better understand why tasks are considered critical and where scheduling buffer exists.
Why it matters
- Total Float shows how much a task can shift before affecting the overall project finish date.
- Free Float shows how much a task can shift before affecting successor tasks.
This gives teams better visibility into scheduling flexibility, project risk, and the true drivers of project timelines.
Please note: these improvements are available only in the New Gantt Chart.
