Hey Community 👋
Welcome to Template Tuesdays! On Tuesdays, we spotlight a new space template, give you a quick overview, break down the key details, and show you how you can start using it right away ✔️
Wrike’s Templates & Solutions Center helps teams get started faster with ready-made templates for common workflows and use cases. You can find it from your profile menu, or when creating a new space, where you can browse templates created by Wrike, the Wrike Community, or your own organization. These templates are typically structured with pre-built elements such as folders, task lists, custom fields, dashboards, and automation rules, giving teams a solid starting point that can be customized to fit their needs. This week, we’re spotlighting the Personal Productivity Setup template, created by our Community member, @Adam Katz ! 🎉
The Personal Productivity Setup template is designed to help you work smarter by combining two proven productivity methods: the Pomodoro technique for focused work sessions and the Importance Quadrant method for prioritizing tasks effectively. By setting timed intervals for each task, you can stay focused, manage your energy better, and avoid burnout. At the same time, categorizing tasks by urgency and impact helps you identify what matters most and allocate your time accordingly. This structured setup is a great way to improve time management, stay organized, and boost your daily productivity.

Overview
Once the space is created using the template, you’ll find several folders: Project 1, Project 2, Project 3, and Administration Work.
And in the Tools section, you will find a Personal Productivity Dashboard with widgets such as:
- My tasks this week
- Tasks completed last week
- Project 1 - Tasks
- Project 2 - Tasks
- Administration Work
This dashboard provides a quick overview of all the work assigned to you.
Now let’s take a closer look 👀
Within each project folder, you’ll find sample tasks that include the custom fields Timing and Importance Quadrant. Depending on your workflow and team structure, you can replace these with your actual tasks and use the same custom fields to better understand the time required and the priority level of each task.
Using the Timing field helps you apply focused work intervals, making it easier to stay concentrated, manage your energy, and avoid burnout. The Importance Quadrant field helps you categorize tasks based on urgency and impact, so you can quickly identify what matters most and prioritize your work more effectively. Together, these elements create a structured system that supports better time management, improved organization, and stronger day-to-day productivity.
Included Automation 👇
There’s also a pre-built automation included in this template. When a new task/item type is created and remains unassigned, the automation rule automatically assigns it to the item author.
We hope this template overview was helpful! The Personal Productivity Setup template can be especially useful for individuals and teams looking to improve focus, manage priorities more effectively, and create a more structured approach to daily work. Whether you’re balancing multiple projects, handling administrative tasks, or simply trying to stay on top of your workload, this template offers a practical system to help you stay organized and productive.
