Feature Updates
We're thrilled to introduce expanded AI permissions controls, giving admins more flexibility to manage AI access across their organization in line with internal security, governance, and rollout policies.
What's new?
- Admins can now enable or disable AI capabilities individually within User Types, including:
a. Copilot
b. AI Agents
c. Widget Generator
d. AI Essentials (bulk toggle for foundational AI features)
- This allows organizations to:
a. Roll out AI capabilities incrementally
b. Restrict advanced AI functionality to selected user types
c. Maintain broader governance and compliance control
Where to find it: Account Management → User Types → AI Availability: Pinnacle and above
Board view now gives you more flexibility in how you visualize work by letting you choose which item level to display: Tasks or Projects.
What’s new?
- On Board view, you can now select the level of items you want to display:
a. Tasks - displays task-level items, including custom item types
b. Projects - displays project-level items, including custom item types
- In the Subitems section:
a. When Tasks are selected, task-level items are displayed
b. When Projects are selected, project-level items are displayed
- Availability: Business and above
All Board view functionality is supported whether you choose to display Tasks or Projects. More information is available in this Help Center article.
Required Fields just got a major upgrade with broader field support and a smoother admin experience.
What's new?
- More fields now supported: Start date, Due date, Duration, Effort, Name, Importance, CF Duration, CF Link to Datahub, and more coming soon.
- Admin experience improvements:
a. A Required Fields column has been added to Workflow admin lists, showing which fields are connected. You can group by this column to see which workflows are affected.
For example, if you deactivate a custom field, you can quickly identify which workflows used it.
b. A Statuses column has also been added to Workflow admin lists, giving you a full overview of work stages. Group by this column to easily spot duplicates.
