Using Progress % indicator at folder and task level

Currently the Progress % field can only be applied to a project item type. Are there any developments plans to apply this to folder and tasks? I have a project with multiple workstreams (as folders) and therefore the only work around is to create project types within a project type.

This was requested back in October 2021 by @Brenton Wiberg but hasn't been developed yet.

Show Progress At levels lower than Project (Tasks w Parent Tasks) & Display Progress on Gantt Chart
