When populating a start and finish date in Wrike, if the date range is wider than 3 years apart it does not generate dates?
Do you have a solution for this?

At the moment, tasks have a maximum duration limit of 1095 days (3 years). Because of this, request forms aren't able to populate date ranges that go beyond that 3-year mark.
As a workaround, you can use a project-type item instead of a task for long-running work. Alternatively, you can map the dates to both the form fields and the description field so you have a record of them, and then manually adjust the project dates after the form is submitted.
