Simple "Dashboard" placeholder?

Is there a way I can make a SIMPLE dashboard - like a Welcome type "placeholder" for about 7 users who I am rolling this out for - so I can add them now and tell them to go and do tutorials etc. while I get the "setup" complete for a real dashboard for the group?? HELP!!!

@Michael Verruto Based on what I'm understanding about your request, I'd tackle this one of two ways.

Build the real dashboard wherever it needs to go, but make the default tab their "welcome" dashboard. Maybe add the notepad widget with quick links to tutorials and whatnot. Just let them know to ignore any other tabs they might start to see. From there, I'd build out a tab (or more) for the "real" setup. Benefit: No one has to find or pin another dashboard.
Build the "welcome" dashboard but tell the group it's only temporary and the "real" one is coming soon. They will then need to update pins, bookmarks, whatever when they migrate over to the real one. Benefit: They don't see the "real" dashboard you're building until it's actually ready, which might prevent questions, issues, or misinformation.

@Michael Verruto Fantastic! Best of luck to you. Dashboards are fun to build but can be quite complex when you're a newbie. Playing around with the options is one of the best ways to learn. Focus on your data structure and you'll be golden! :)
