Hide Workflows for those that don't use them

My Assistant and I have 10 different workflows, while the others in the office only have 2. It would be nice if we could hide the 10 we use from them, to reduce the clutter when they are choosing workflows. Plus, they really don't need to see our process.

Hi Marjorie 👋 Fixed and flexible workflows might help in this case. It's a Labs feature, and there are instructions on how to enable it on our help page. Essentially you can lock down a workflow so that only statuses from that workflow are visible and you can't see other statuses. So in your case, I think you could make your teammates' workflows fixed.

Wow, 10 workflows! Would love to hear what type of workflows you have. It would be interesting to see if we could maybe combine some of them.

@Stephen, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I do use Fixed and Flexible workflows, love them. However, as we get more departments on board, limiting which Workflows they can see/use would be a huge benefit. I'm in the marketing team, the Accounting team doesn't need to see my personal workflow (which is assigned to my #triage folder and auto assigns all new tasks to me), or the Facebook posts, Artwork, Blog, etc workflows. Since workflows auto assign as directed, multiple workflows for our team are important. Unfortunately, everyone sees ALL the workflows available.

Added my upvote to this request. We have multiple departments using Wrike. I'm receiving complaints with the number of workflows visible to the team. It would be nice to be able to control who could see which workflow.

I too would love the ability to hide workflows from certain teams. Even when we set a workflow as default, that doesn't prevent someone from selecting another workflow if it is visible to them.

Hello! Upvoting this on behalf of myself and my organization. With dozens of teams onboarded into Wrike, we manage multiple workflows. It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to adjust visibility, ensuring that teams only see the workflows relevant to their specific workstreams.

We also would love to be able to hide workflows / add user permissions to workflows, similar as you do to forms, spaces, etc. We have a variety of our teams at our organization that operate very different from each other, thus creating quite a few unique workflows that are used for specific functions. I wish we could use user groups and user permissions to limit who can and cannot see each workflow.
