We are currently on the Pinnacle plan and are trying to use the SCIM 2.0 API for automated user provisioning.
However, we do not see any SCIM-related option in our Apps & Integrations settings.
We have already completed the following checks:
- Our company domains have been added and successfully verified in Wrike.
- We have attempted to access the SCIM endpoints according to the available documentation.
- Requests to /ServiceProviderConfig, /Users, and POST /Users all return HTTP 403 Forbidden.
Could anyone confirm:
- Whether SCIM provisioning is available on all Pinnacle accounts or requires additional activation.
- How to obtain the correct SCIM base URL and generate a valid SCIM token.
- Whether user creation through SCIM can be performed without sending invitation emails to end users.
Our goal is to provision and manage Wrike users programmatically from our application as part of an automated onboarding process.
Has anyone successfully configured SCIM on a Pinnacle account and could share the required steps?
