Hi everyone,
I’m building an Enterprise Governance framework in Wrike where each customer has their own private Space.
I have a question regarding Account-level Custom Item Types and Workflows.
When an external customer user is working inside their own private Space and creates a filter, they can see:
- all Account-level Custom Item Types
- all Account-level Workflows
This means they are exposed to many internal item types and workflows that are only used by our company and are completely unrelated to their Space.
For example, under Item Type they can see internal types such as:
- Offer
- Project
- Supplier Qualification
- Training Room
- Monitoring
- Internal Collaboration
- etc.
Similarly, under Workflow they can also see all internal workflows instead of only the workflows relevant to their own Space.
This creates unnecessary confusion for customers.
Is there any way to:
- limit the visible Custom Item Types based on the current Space?
- limit the visible Workflows based on the current Space?
- show only Space-level Custom Item Types and Workflows?
- hide specific Account-level Custom Item Types or Workflows from external users or specific Spaces?
Our goal is to provide a clean and isolated experience where each customer only sees the item types and workflows that belong to their own SmartHSE framework.
If this isn’t currently possible, what is the recommended best practice for building a multi-customer solution in Wrike without exposing internal Account-level configuration?
Thank you!
