I have an automation that creates a subtask from a blueprint when another subtask changes to a specific status. The blueprint has a duration configured, but when the subtask is created it doesn't receive a Start Date automatically. The business would like the Start Date to be set automatically when the subtask is created. Is this possible?
I have tired a few different automation triggers but nothing seems to be working. I think it is related to the fact that the subtask was created by a bot. The solution I gave to the business is to have the subtask come over as 'New Request' and and someone manually change the status to 'Assigned' which will then add the start date via an automation.
