I noticed that there are 2 custom field types that we are not able to implement in request forms.
- Checkbox
- Duration
It would make sense to have these included as we may need to collect this type of information in request forms and have the answers feed to their respective custom fields. Support has confirmed that we can't implement Checkbox - unconfirmed about duration, but I couldn't get the custom field to come up when trying to tie it to a number of question types.
Note: I did test all custom field types to see if there was a way to match them to certain request form question types and the only other one is the Formula field, although the fact that we don't have a "Formula" question in request forms completely makes sense as this custom field is a calculation.
