I'm Tomas, a Product Designer at Wrike. My team and I are currently working on an exciting new capability—AI Work Intake integrated directly into the Wrike MCP—and we'd love to invite a few of you to co-develop and shape it with us over the coming weeks!
đź’ˇ The Idea: Instead of hunting through a form library and re-typing everything, an AI agent finds the right request form or blueprint and fills it out with you directly in the chat.
🎯 Who's a good fit?
- You rely on Request Forms and/or Blueprints in your daily intake process.
- You're already using or have experience with the Wrike MCP, or you are willing to try.
🤝 What does participation look like?
- A 60-min kick-off call: You'll try the new tools live on your own account.
- Testing at your own pace: Try it out on your real work, with a direct line to our team.
- Bi-weekly check-ins: A short check-in roughly every two weeks to iterate together. (We know calendars are tight: if you can only join the kick-off call and skip the recurring check-ins, that's completely fine and still super valuable to us!)
To be upfront: This feature is still in its early stages and won't be perfect—you might hit a few rough edges, and that's exactly the feedback we need.
