It would be wonderful to be able to create a filter group on a dashboard, then save it. Then, be able to select that filter group to apply it to another widget.
It would be even more wonderful if that filter group could be made available across a space so that any other user could also use that same filter group.
This would mean that if the creator of the save filter group modified that filter, it would automatically apply to everyone else using that saved filter group.
For example, we have a filter group that our Account Managers use in their dashboards, that filters the following job statuses: "Review Details" "Waiting on SOW Approval" etc.
We have a different list of statuses that are used by our Project Managers.
Currently each user has to go through the list of statuses that apply to their role and select each one in their filter. This can be problematic if a user accidentally misses one of the statuses and then doesn't see those jobs in their dashboard. It is also problematic if we add a new status to the workflow and then need to have every user update their dashboards accordingly.
Being able to set up an "Account Manager Filter Group" and a "Project Manager Filter Group" that would be usable by everyone in the space would make it a lot simpler to set up dashboards and would enable the creator of the filter group to update that filter just once and the changes would populate across all dashboards using the filter.
