AI Agents and Microsoft Teams Inconsistency

Hey everyone!

I deployed two AI agents to send weekly risk reports to our Teams channels and they worked for a while, but recently they've been inconsistent. Each time the log notes "Response status code: 422, message: Unprocessable Entity". Then randomly it will work the next week. Then break again. No changes have been made.

Any thoughts or guidance?
