TL;DR: Join the Wrike Community Power Quest before September 18th; Dashboards gain color customization, Request Forms now let you reorder and move follow-up questions, and the Activity Report adds detailed Actor Type information for greater transparency. The Klaxoon MCP is now on the Anthropic marketplace. Plus, help test Anthropic Managed Agents, explore the Product Feedback Form template, learn how file approvals work, and celebrate August's top and first-time contributors.
Feature Updates
We’re excited to announce that color customization in Dashboards is now available. Users with edit permissions can customize dashboard colors to align with branding or personal preferences without affecting account-wide settings.
What’s new?
Click the new Design button in the dashboard toolbar to:
- Build a custom color palette for that dashboard. Widgets use your colors in order, then their shades, and you control how many shades each color has
- Apply your colors across all widgets on the dashboard, including workflow statuses and custom fields, without changing anything account-wide
- Revert any individual widget back to default colors from the widget's three-dot menu
- Pick colors with a HEX code or the eyedropper, and save colors as reusable presets
- Preview your design in light and dark mode before saving
Who can use it
Dashboards Customization follows existing dashboard editing permissions:
- Anyone with Editor or Full permissions on a dashboard can customize its design, and
- Space admins can customize dashboards in their space.
- Availability: Pinnacle and Apex plans.
Check out our Community post and Help Center article for more details.
Managing follow-up questions in Request Forms just got easier. You can now organize follow-up questions more flexibly to improve form clarity and the overall experience.
What’s new?
- Reorder/move questions within one set of follow-up questions
- Move questions between different sets
- Move nested follow-up questions to the first level and vice versa
We're thrilled to introduce a deeper level of transparency in the Activity Report. Administrators can now see how changes were made in Wrike - whether through the UI, Automation, Wrike Agents, API, or AI via MCP. These new details help admins better understand updates and maintain trust as humans and AI agents collaborate.
What’s new?
- Actor Type column (UI, Automation, Wrike Agents, API, MCP) showing the method of change
- App Name and Client ID where applicable
- Ability to filter reports by Actor Type
Check out this Help Center article for more details.
We're excited to share that the Klaxoon MCP is now available on the Anthropic marketplace. It was already listed on the OpenAI marketplace, and manual installation remains available elsewhere.
