As a Wrike Partner (I implement Wrike for clients), I'd love to see the ability to export a Space I've built in one account and import it into another account.
Use case: When onboarding a new client, I often rebuild the same internal Space structure from scratch — custom item types, forms, workflows, custom fields, folder/project structures, automation rules — because each client has their own separate Wrike account. Community Templates aren't a fit here, since these Spaces are internal agency assets, not something meant for public sharing.
What would help:
- Export a full Space (structure, custom item types, workflows, custom fields, forms, automations) as a package
- Import that package into a different account, ideally with the option to remap custom fields/workflows to existing ones or create new
This would save significant setup time on every new client implementation and let us maintain a standardized "starter kit" Space that we can deploy consistently, without recreating configuration manually each time.
