My automations have recently stopped working maybe 1-2 weeks ago. I have checked all the settings and nothing appears to be broken - they just aren't triggering when a new custom item is created. I can't figure out how to submit a support ticket, so I'm posting here, hoping that someone from Customer Support can help me.
