Activity Reports are helpful in determining a user's level of activity within Wrike (among other things), but I need to determine if a user's access role needs to change as well.
For example, if a Wrike Admin has not been using their Access Role to take on Admin responsibilities, then they should have a Regular User seat instead, and those Admin responsibilities should go to a different user.
Right now, to determine if Admins and Regular Users are in the proper seat, I select a variety of buttons within the Activity Report based on the types of activities those roles take on and are actually able to do based on their permissions, leaving other buttons empty.
It would make for a faster, easier, and more consistent report if there were an option in the Activity Report where I could select "Standard Admin Activities," "Standard Regular User Activities," or "Standard Collaborator Activities," which would then auto-select the buttons next to Wrike activities for which those particular user roles have permissions.
If I were to do an Activity report on a Wrike Admin User using this method by selecting "Standard Admin Activities," only to discover that she had not completed a single Admin activity, I would know that it might be time to change her role to Regular User…or perhaps even to Collaborator based on what a "Standard Regular User Activities" report might show about that same user.
This could save our company a lot of money.
