We would love to see search results highlight matching text within each returned item, as most search tools do. (See attached example.)
Our team uses Wrike as a company-wide knowledge base, with each article as its own item—see the public template we created for this space. Users can typically find the right article, but then must read through it to locate the specific answer. Some even copy the article into a text file just to use CMD+F.
While Copilot is a helpful temporary workaround, highlighting search matches in Wrike would be a much faster, more direct solution.
