We're thrilled to share some exciting news! On October 7th, we're rolling out Discover 2.0, a complete overhaul of our learning platform built to help you find the right training for your role, faster than ever. 🎉

We know a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. An Account Admin has very different needs than a Collaborator, so Discover 2.0 delivers a personalized experience from the moment you log in.

Here's what you can look forward to 👇

👤 For Admins & Account Owners A new, purpose-built homepage organizes content into clear learning tracks, so you can quickly find what matters most to your role.

🧑‍💻 For Regular Users The homepage now features 4 persona-based catalogs, so whether you're a Manager, a day-to-day Contributor, or a Process Builder, you'll find a curated row of content tailored to your job. (Don't worry, all content still remains available to you! Just scroll past the recommendations to explore on your own.)

🤝 For Contributors & Collaborators Skip the main homepage and land directly on a filtered view of just the relevant content, no digging required.

🌍 For Non-English Speakers Land on a custom landing page in the language you've set up in your Wrike account (DE, FR, JP, ES, IT, PT) and access the content catalogs in your language.

Will there (or can there) be a section of the admin/account owner homepage where you can find, curate, and preview what the other users in your account should learn about? We often are the ones who need to put together the training pieces of how we use Wrike and then send that information out. Additionally, having something that would notify us of new content available would be great!

Hi @Devree Czupinski @Florian Gascho - thank you for being patient! To answer your questions:

Finding new content - Wrike Discover has a New releases section right on the Admin landing page where all brand-new content are added, so you can see what's new there.

And as an account admin, the Wrike Training Administrator role is perfect for putting together and sending out your training pieces. With it, you can browse all available courses in the Course Management section, enroll yourself or others (and automate enrollments with rules), send notifications and emails to learners, and track progress with downloadable reports.

You can request access directly here.
We've also added a handy link on the admin page that lets you hop over to the regular user view, so you can see exactly what your users will experience.

Hi @David Simmington, on the Homepage under Your Learning, you can click on View All to go to the My Courses and Learning Plans page. You can use the Enrollment Status filter to check completed courses or learning history.
