Wrike Power BI Connector and Custom Field Access

We are currently starting down the path of exploring the use of the Wrike Power BI Connector. We connected to Power BI Desktop successfully, but we're having some trouble figuring out where all of the data lives. In particular, we can find a "customFields" option, but we are not able to find the custom fields and their content that we have created for our projects and tasks

We are quite new to this and Power BI. We appreciate any guidance on how we may be able to access the custom fields we have created so we may incorporate those into our dashboards. If there are other more comprehensive guides we can review, that would be great as well. We are not currently planning to use the API directly, and the Wrike Power BI Connector page does not provide the level of detail we'll need to understand the data structure.

Thanks Lisa. I was able to figure this out by drilling down in the specific site and pulling the tasks from there. This had the custom field IDs, which I was able to map.

Hello, I have imported the data using Wrike Connector in Power BI. I connected Wrike to Power BI Desktop successfully, but I am facing issue on viewing all the data values. I am pulling data from a specific project folder from our Wrike space, after loading the data and going to the Transform data tab there is a "customFields.id and customfields.value" column, when I extract that column to "Extract new rows" all the custom fields data that we have entered in Wrike falls under the same customfields.value column in Power BI. How can I view the data for custom fields separately into different columns as entered in Wrike? Has anyone else faced the same issue, what step am I missing in here? Would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue. Thank you.

@Rutik Ambre when using the connector simply select the specific space/folder and then the tasks/custom items from that. Once you have that data you can map them accordingly to fit your needs.

Yeah, got it, but i can load only one project custom fields, is there any all projects custom values, currently i can see projects as folder

@Mahaveer Vijay Biraj right here. You can then transform the data to your liking and create relationships within BI as you see fit.

Thanks for the explanations.
So far, I have managed to drill down and retrieve the values of the custom fields on my own. My problem is that the values do not contain the custom field name.

I am not sure how to map the id to said name. Do you have any tip on this?
