Allow reports to scan entire account

Hi team,

Back today with another suggestion!

It would be awesome if the data source for Reports had an "Entire account" option, similar to how Dashboards have this option.

This would help pull account-wide reports on things that need changing (in my case), to be able to isolate items that need optimization.

While it's great on Dashboards, it could definitely be applied (and useful) to have this type of data source on Reports as we use these for more of a bird's-eye-view on the account.

@Anna Giacobbe I agree that this could be beneficial. I have team members that occasionally track time in a space they normally don't have access to, and the only way I can get that in my report is if I happen to know about it. Entire Account would fix that!

I second this feature request! When building out a report, and an automation, it would be immensely beneficial to be able to apply the rule/build report from the entire account versus having to pull from various, and sometimes multiple, folders. Rules especially have a limit on the number of folders/locations that the rule can be applied from.

I have stopped using reports at times that they would be easier to use, and am instead creating a "report" from a dashboard because of this! It would be SO helpful to pull from 'Entire Account'.

This is a critical gap, and I strongly support this request. I genuinely miss having an “Entire account” data source in Reports, and its absence is actively blocking efficient reporting. At the moment, I’m forced to use workarounds and indirect constructions just to get a basic account‑wide overview, which is time‑consuming and unnecessary.

Dashboards already prove that this functionality works well. Bringing the same “Entire account” option to Reports is not just a nice‑to‑have—it’s essential for creating proper, high‑level insights. Reports are meant to provide a true bird’s‑eye view, and without this option, they fall short of that purpose.
