New Dashboards - Widget Generation with AI 🦾

Say hello to our newest AI capability! Now you can generate widgets on new dashboards simply by describing what you need, in natural language.

Whether you want "leads by channel" or a "leads by month column chart," just go to the "Generate with AI" tab and watch your ideas come to life. This new capability enhances our diverse lineup of templates and configurations, streamlining your experience.

Please note that this feature is currently available in Wrike Labs under the Work Intelligence preview - you'll need to enable it to be able to access widget generation with AI 📌

Smart Folders in Table view - Available for New Accounts 📂

We're excited to announce a refreshed look with Smart Folders now featured in Table View. This is exclusively available for new accounts for now. This update aims to enhance user experience by eliminating the need for two separate views. Here's what you can expect:

Experience a refreshing and modern look with Table View, offering easy inline editing for all task attributes.
Customize your workspace effortlessly using the Table View layout, which allows for seamless adjustments to match your work style with useful columns, grouping options, and other customizable view settings.

The list of views included are My To-do, Created by me, Starred tasks, Recent tasks (full view), Shared with me, Blueprints (root view), and Recycle bin.

Wrike Mobile App (iOS/Android) - New Features and Improvements 📱

Upgraded Board View:

Board view in mobile has been updated in the Android app and now is also available in the iOS app. Our iOS users can now enjoy the enhanced Board View, designed to reflect the filters and sorting options of the desktop app. This update ensures a smooth and consistent task management experience.

Quick Link Sharing for Pinned Items:

Sharing vital information quickly has never been easier! With our new feature, you can effortlessly copy links to pinned tasks, projects, or folders directly from the 3-dot menu, streamlining collaboration with your team.

Improved Commenting Experience:

Based on your valuable feedback, we’ve refined the commenting interface on iOS. This enhancement aims to provide a more seamless communication experience when using the Wrike mobile app on the go.

Great to see smart tables getting a table view - hopefully this will come to older accounts too soon, as we would love to have this available. Any news on when this might be rolled out wider?
Also would be awesome if we could also get similar experience to the time sheets, so we can add other task attributes and custom fields!

It's the Labs feature and it's necessary to enable Work Intelligence preview in Wrike Labs to get it.

The Experience:

Labs directs me to Settings and the switch isnt responsive but provides a message, "The use of Generative AI features is subject to additional Wrike AI terms and conditions.
If you’re interested in activating this feature, please contact your Wrike account manager."
