We are using the comment section for a lot of things. it's also a great way to communicate that doesn't flood your email system.
When making comments, people have gotten used to hitting the "Enter" key to send. A few people I work with have been caught not sending their comment or reply while being in the rush to work. They have often said, "well I replied and hit enter - did that not work?" this would be greatly appreciated
Getting @memtions in the comment section is super handy. And Reply is handy as well. But sometimes when there are two or more people getting @mentioned and they need to stay in the conversation, we have to re-write them into the each comment. That get's tedious. A "Reply All" to everyone mentioned would be a great addition.
