Prioritization scoring model using custom fields calculation?

Hello fellow Wrike Champs! I'm curious if anyone here has successfully implemented a calculated scoring system for tasks (and/or projects) using custom fields + a custom field formula? I'd love to rank requests fairly and strategically.

Something like the RICE scoring method calculation mentioned in this Wrike blog would work great! (Reach x Impact x Confidence) / Effort)

Screenshots of how your custom fields are built/set up would be THE BEST so I can easily replicate it! Any recommendations or lessons learned, like if your fields are connected to Request Forms, who is ultimately responsible for the scores, if scores are connected to company OKRS/strategic imperatives/goals, etc.? Thank you in advance for any advice and support you can share! 🙏

Hi @Daisy Hibbard,
we have something similar for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) activities for our e-shop.

We have 3 different fields:

Probabilità: how much I think it will be a good action (1 to 5 score)
Impatto: how much would be the impact of this activity if it work as I expect (1 to 5 score)
Semplicità: how easy is to implement this action (1 to 5 score)

Then a simple calculation that allow us to see in other view task ordered by their score.
