I would something like this so that all tasks are visible and easily tracked. Currently they can get lost in our HR process. The only issue we have is convincing finance that buying more licenses for the whole organisation is worth the money. On a tight budget right now so this is highly unlikely to be a solution for us. Especially since some of the HR products have some level of this process - and we are already paying for that product.

I'm not sure what they use, but currently they have their own system and then our other teams that have HR-related tasks (such as removing users from platforms or retrieving equipment from them when they leave the company) use a completely different system.
