Dynamic task location - request form

Hi everyone, does anyone know if there is a way for users to specify which project tasks should be opened via the request form?

In my company, the flow is that someone from marketing opens the project and then the assigned project manager creates the project plan, which, depending on the project, may contain several tasks. These tasks are then selected from different parts of different blueprints, depending on the project specifications.

Currently, the only workaround I have found is: an automation working based on a custom field within the project; when the custom field is flagged, all tasks (taken from various blueprints) are added to the project.
This automation is very convenient and allows us to create tasks within an already created project, taking them from the correct blueprints, depending on certain custom fields.

Unfortunately, however, the fact that the tasks are created automatically does not allow us to activate other automations on the tasks.

If there were the possibility, via a request form, to specify in which project the tasks should be opened, this problem would be solved because the tasks would not be created by an automation and I would be able to implement other automations on the tasks.

HI @Sofia Felici You've likely already tried this but is there a way you can link the required blueprints/tasks according to what is selected within the form.  That way they are automatically created upon submission of the form. We have a few request forms where we add an 'action' to the answers on the form which create different projects and add various subtasks based on what is selected within the form. I hope you have found a solution.
