Managing Uploaded Files Across Team Accounts

Hi Wrike Team,

There're several accounts in our team, and each of us has our own space with numerous projects. Is there a way to view all uploaded files in a centralized file manager or storage manager? Managing storage is challenging due to its limitations, and manually opening each space, project, and sub-item to delete files one by one is quite tedious.

I’d appreciate any guidance on streamlining this process.

Hey @Alex Candra, 

When you say "several accounts", do you mean completely separate Wrike accounts as a whole or just users with separate logins and spaces contained in the same overall account? 

If you mean the latter, you can do this: 

• Create a dashboard in a centralized space (avoid doing so in a Personal account)
• Add a widget under Other called "Files"
• Save widget

You'll get a view of all file attachments, regardless of their formats in this widget.

One limitation I see is that you can't add multiple spaces or select "Entire account" for this widget, but you can, on one dashboard, create a widget for each space so at least you still have a decent overview of all attached files!
