Unable to Add Metadata for All Contacts Despite Having Required Scopes

I am the account owner and have the following scopes: amReadWriteUser, Default, wsReadOnly, and wsReadWrite. However, I am unable to add metadata for all contacts in my organization. Am I missing any required permissions or configurations? Any guidance would be appreciated!

when i hit the api i am seeing this as the response :

@Sai Sudheer Narkidimilli which API are you using?

contacts/{contactId} 

the modify contacts API endpoint doesn't have the "profile" parameter in the request schema.

You might want to double check your request payload.
