save locaties where to create or save a task made by a request form

Is it possible to create a request form and store it in a location from which the request form is created?
I want sub team leads to be able to create a task (Custom Type WorkPackage) based on a request form (answer 5 questions and complete assignees). The storage location should then be in the project stage (parrent-folder) of the project (parrent-parrent-folder). Who can help?

I'm afraid this is not possible, as tasks from request forms are not dependet of the cuttelty opened folder at all.
