Hello, I have a few questions! Can anyone help?

1. Is there a max storage capacity for an inbox/archive?
2. Is there a size limit of attachments and can one be added if not?
3. Is there a max capacity for all attachments within wrike or per licence?
4. Version control - how many document versions can you create?

Hi Hayley, thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the delayed reply. I'll go through your questions one by one.

Inbox notifications stay in this section for 4 weeks. Although in certain cases it's possible to hit a limit for the amount of notifications in your Inbox, we've made it intentionally high, so teams shouldn't be reaching it within the time that notifications stay in the Inbox.
Yes, there's a maximum per file attachment limit for locally stored files - it's 500mb (this limit doesn't apply to files from cloud storage apps).
The storage capacity depends on your subscription type and plan size. The account owner can check how much available storage is left by clicking their profile image in the Workspace's upper right-hand corner and selecting Account Management>Subscription. There is also basic information about how much storage is available on each subscription type on our Manage Subscriptions page. However, only locally stored files take up storage, attachments from Google Drive, Box, or other cloud storage providers don't take up storage space.
There is no limit on the number of versions of a file you can create via the Document Editor.

Hi, I have a question related to attachments and storage capacity. Does inserting an image by pasting the image URL use storage space or does that work similarly to attaching via cloud storage providers? Thanks!

Hi Karen, thank you for posting this question here! When using the option to paste a link with the "Insert image" functionality in the description field, Wrike follows the link to download the image from a public URL. Once it's downloaded, the image is attached and counted towards Wrike storage space. I hope this helps! Happy to answer any other questions about this

We're reaching the limits of our storage capacity. How/where do I find files that can be deleted to create more space? I'm pretty handy with systems but am having trouble finding the spot.

Hi Danny, thanks for reaching out here! Since files can be spread throughout several tasks, I think the best option to find tasks which generally contain attachments is to use search commands in the search bar at the top of the Workspace:

file:keyword - allows you to search for tasks with attachments where you know the file title, or part of it.
file:*jpg - shows all files with the extension specified after the asterisk. Substitute *jpg with any other format to pull a list of tasks with that file type.
