Overdue Task Visual Report

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to create a visual graph (report?) in Wrike for how many overdue tasks a person has over a period of time. I have a dashboard that shows me current overdue tasks, but this is just a snapshot of where a team member is at that given time. I'd like to be able to see how the team is doing week over week, for example.

Appreciate any insights or suggested solutions!

Do you have access to Wrike Reports?

It's possible to create a custom report to include any data you need or choose one of the pre-built ones, like Overdue tasks by assignee:

I appreciate your response Lisa! I do have access to Wrike reports and have set up a couple "Overdue tasks by assignee" ones set up that I've been experimenting with. Do you know if I'm able to adjust the dates the report pulls data for, and how? As far as I can tell it only shows current data.

For context, I have a team lead that would like to have a way of following up with team members on overdue tasks weekly, i.e. you had an average of X number of overdue tasks last week and X number this week - Let's figure out a way to better manage this." He would like to be able to see patterns over time.

@Christine Maness You can edit the report by clicking on the "Edit" button in the upper right-hand corner of the report. Then you can edit the dates the report pulls data from. For example, you can go to Start date, choose "Custom time frame" and add the date from the beginning of the current year. Does this help?

Hi Christine, do you have Wrike Analyze? There are ways to visualize this information through those boards that might fit. It sounded like you possibly wanted a count instead of a list? If so, in Analyze you can create a bar chart and add a formula to count the number of overdue tasks within a certain time frame and can compare across users.

I've created a report and with the help of a session with a Wrike team member was able to customize the report to the needs of the project.

I have one row that lists total overdue tasks, and another row with a pie chart that displays % of overdue tasks by state.
