Post-project review surveys

We have a lot of people submit their projects to our team via request forms, but no way to track project satisfaction once the project is marked as completed.

Our department productivity and brand would benefit from a survey being sent post-completion of our projects to the person who originally requested them so that we can highlight problem projects and see what we can do to improve upon them in the future.

I've even tried the Zapier integrations with other 3rd party tools, but there's no way to initiate a trigger to another 3rd party application by completing a project in Wrike.

Perhaps this could be something that utilizes custom fields down the line to minimize the cost of time to implement this in the future?

I'm surprised this hasn't picked up even more votes. This is a super interesting idea!

I've seen one solution that was undertaken by a creative team.

They basically created a form with some questions to gather feedback. So, when they completed a Task, they @mention the person who requested, and asked them to fill out the form and linked it in the comments. The first form question was to paste a link to the task for reference, and then followed up by 3-4 questions about the Task itself. This team used Google forms for this solution as they just wanted to gather high-level feedback data rather than create tasks from individual feedback, but either choice can work.

Admittedly, not ideal, but certainly something that might work for now. If anything is raised from our Product team on this I'll let you know 👍

I agree, this is something my team is currently looking for as well. I've looked for other solutions outside of Wrike with 3rd party integration softwares or different survey platforms altogether, but would love to have it all in one place. Using Wrike for project management has worked well for our team and would love to have a survey trigger option when projects are completed to survey client satisfaction.

We'd like the ability to create a task in Wrike and have it trigger an email for a person to fill out a request form or survey. Here's a few use cases:

Suppliers certification expires (date is past), then send an email to the supplier with a form for them to update their certificate information.
Solicitation of information - annually we collect feedback from our 5 divisions on their top suppliers. I'd like to send them a list of suppliers via a request form and have them rate and provide comments. (this one I can probably work around, to assign and mention them to log into the system to finish the rating.)
We kick off a process with a request form, but it needs information from 3 different people. The 1st request form should collect the main information, and then trigger emails to send request forms to the 2 other people to collect their information. (same workaround, I can expect people to log in, but it's really helpful to use request forms because they have required fields. That way the user cannot complete the task until they've actually loaded all the required information.)

Our team is currently looking into the possibility of working on a survey tool, but I don't think they are looking at the automations related to this potential future feature. Hello! Do you have any updates on the surveys?

Our marketing leadership is now asking for survey data related to customer tasks. Since our customer base consists of internal college employees (not collaborators), we typically accept requests for marketing programs and college events via our Wrike form.

We use the email requester option to communicate, which has been working great for us. It would be fantastic if we could integrate a Wrike survey form and have the Wrike Bot automatically send it to the requester via Wrike when their task is mark completed.

As of now, there are no new updates to add survey functionality directly within Wrike. The Product team is aware of the demand for this feature, but it is not currently on the roadmap. Nonetheless, we will post an update here if there are developments in the future.
