Wrike provides the ability to assign tasks with effort to generic job roles. This functionality is useful when the work is known, but the assignee will be determined later. However, it's not possible to include this role in the workload chart which is where we review workload and confirm job assignments.
Please make it so I can add generic roles to the work load chart!
As a workaround, I was able to create a "dummy" collaborator account to achieve this functionality. However, it would be more seamless and useful to use the built-in job roles which I assume are there exactly for this kind of thing.
