Having Billable & Non Billable hours against a task

We use Wrike to log our Budget (Time & Cost), Planned effort per task and actual time spent. On our Billable tasks we would like to have the ability to log Billable & Non Billable hours against it. This is because we may have a set price with the customer, or there is an issue our end that caused us to spend more time on the task that can't be recharged back.

Currently we're told that this is not possible and to either have a separate subtask or custom field & to raise a post to see if there are any others that have this issue or if it would be useful/up-voted as nothing is in the current pipeline that would help us.

Does anyone else think it would be useful to be able to log billable & non billable hours against the same task?

We have a work around of our own Chargeable Hours field but this means users going to two separate places to log their hours.

We have exactly the same problem and it is serious enough that we may have to stop using Wrike. I cannot fathom how any consulting firm can effectively function using Wrike.

We too have the same problem, are there any updates on this?
On the same task, we need to be able to follow both the actual time spent and the time invoiced from the customer. A custom field on billable hours does not help, since time (both actual and billable time) needs to be logged to that same task during a longer time period. Both these time loggings need to be seen on the Timelog view, since we also need to see the related time log comments.
This is a critical issue for us.

I totally agree with the guys.
Web need that as well, and especially to be able to report if those hours have been invoiced, otherwise it becomes so messy trying too understand what is going on.
We are keeping two different views with billable and not billable hours displayed and have to have copies of the task to be able to allocate the time correctly. Looking forward to seeing the improvement
