Hello!
I have created a Purchase Request custom item type. Whenever a user wants to purchase something, they will go to a request form and submit the request. The Purchase Request custom item type will then be created as a ticket.
Problem:
In order for us to have proper records and automations for the purchase requests, the Purchase Request custom item type has a lot of custom fields. Due to the number of custom fields, finding the correct information in the fields can be difficult because the fields blend together. I know there is the search bar at the top of the fields, but if you are a user that only has a general idea of what you are looking for, you may not know the custom field name to search for.
Solution:
The custom field panel needs to have customizable sections that can be collapsed. Each section should have the ability to have subsections that are also collapsible.

I believe this small change to the custom field section would benefit the useability of custom fields greatly.
