Timesheets - Reminders ⏰

Timesheet reminders are new automated alerts to help your team submit timesheets on time. They're great for accurate time tracking, meeting payroll, billing, and reporting deadlines. Timesheet reminders reduce manual follow-ups from managers, enhancing your team's productivity and compliance.

Timesheet reminders can be set up using the new Reminders tab. Find detailed instructions in this Help Center article.

AI Q&A - Available in Wrike Labs 🆕

We have introduced a feature that lets you ask questions and receive answers about the information stored in Wrike items. This is especially useful for accessing large amounts of information, such as knowledge bases and documentation within Wrike items.

How to:

-Open the chat via the "Ask a question" button in the project, folder, or space header.

-Use AI to search within descriptions, comments, and fields of nested items.

-AI responses include a "Sources" section for verifying the response and exploring further.

-The AI chat allows follow-up questions, maintaining context from previous messages.

Limitations:

This feature currently focuses on retrieving knowledge and can't handle analytical queries, track changes, or answer questions outside the item context. We aim to add some of these capabilities in the coming months.

How to Enable:

This feature is included in the Work Intelligence Preview Labs bundle; the main GenAI feature needs to be enabled in Account management.

I had a question about the AI Q&A feature you mentioned was available in Labs. Is it part of the Lab entry called "Work Intelligence preview" or is it supposed to be its own thing?

The timesheet reminder seems nice but it is generating a lot of junck messages. WHat if I have submitted already the timehseet for this week? Will I get a reminder for it? If we hall use it it needs some logic only to remind people who have not submitted their timesheet or their timesheet does not fullfill certain rules (every day minimum xhours booking or off day...). Just sending out messages will amke people ignoring these massages after some time.

The reminders are sent within the Wrike app & not as an email to the users. The problem is if users are not logging into wrike, it is as good as not receiving the reminders.

I noticed a new feature today but can't see any reference to it in these notes:

It's the "Reassign" option that appears when bulk selecting tasks and then clicking the "Assignee" button in the toolbar - you can then pick an assignee and then someone to replace them. This is a genuinely useful feature and I love it! Thanks for adding this in, anonymous developer person!
